SHIPPING TIME
Shipping will take 1-2 weeks within Europe and 2-4 weeks outside Europe. Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. Also, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivering to the ordered items.
TAXES AND DUTIES
If the delivery leaves the European Union there might be additional customs duties, taxes or charges which have to be paid by the customer (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers). These fees are not paid to the vendor but to the responsible customs authority and tax authority respectively. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend to ask for details by your customs and tax authorities before ordering, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
